We offer a variety of shipping options to suit different budgets and urgency. Please note, items that are made to order are shipped a little later than ready to buy. Made to order includes clothing and accessories such as mugs, bags, phone cases etc and also Suprise Bundles. These are shipped as soon as they are created, which takes a couple of days from being ordered.

Small items such as stickers and greetings cards will be sent via Royal Mail first class, please select the appropriate shipping option at checkout

All items are shipped in recyclable and biodegradable mailing bags or boxes. 

Any unused toys or hammocks can be returned for a refund or exchange to the same value within 28 days of receiving the goods. Return postage will be at the customers expense, unless agreed otherwise. To return an item, please follow the instructions provided within the parcel containing your order. If this is misplaced, please reach out to us via the contact page with your order number. 

We regret to inform you that made to order, printed clothing and accessories are non returnable. If you are unsure on sizing please contact me. I have trialled the items myself for a guide. If you are UK based and attend rat shows, I would be very happy to bring samples for you to try on.
